daily updated rates and calculate the amount being sent. Once you
calculated your amount then please follow our next step.

Submit your details (sender's details)
Submit your name,
address and details with ONTIME money transfer. You can do this by

Submit details
of person to whom the money is being sent (beneficiary details)
We also need to know the
name, address and phone number of the recipient. The bank account
details where the transfer will be made are needed, when this is the
chosen method of receipt. In the case of delivered or picked up funds,
you will be given a number of acceptable proofs of identity.
4. Send the payment
to ONTIME money transfer
Once we have confirmed
the details that you have provided by phone, we will book the
transfer. We will provide you with ONTIME’s bank details and a
transaction reference number by email (or by phone if it is your
preferred contact method), which can be used to trace the progress of
the transfer at any time and is a reference for the receiver. Once we
have received the funds we will email you to let you know that the
transfer is being processed, so that you can notify the recipient.
(Please note that transfers to our bank can be same day, but,
depending upon your bank, may take up to 3 working days).
5.
Confirmation

N.B. In the case of first-time large transfers (over £500) we may
require you to provide us with a copy of ID before we process the
